Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Sri Lanka
Flor de sal is different from common sea salt with its unique texture, flavour and properties. As it contains less sodium chloride and a higher levels of magnesium it enhances the flavour of food and give that special touch to any dish.
This Flor de sal contains a blend of 9 spices - coriander seed, tumeric, fenugreek and cardamom give the salt its oriental aroma; chilli, black and cayenne pepper provide the spiceness and cinnamon and clove round off the flavour. Great for spicing up dishes!
Best used just before serving.
