Cured meats or 'embutidos' form an integral part of the Spanish diet and good quality Chorizo & Salchichon is either eaten as a 'tapas' or used in cooking for a number of popular recipes.  The best Chorizos & Salchichon have a distinctive natural flavour and come from Acorn-fed Iberian pigs.

 

Chorizo is a cured sausage flavoured with paprika while salami-like Salchichon is a cured sausage which is often flavoured with black pepper.  Our range come from a family-run company in Salamanca. The company demands the highest standards and offers some of the best cured meats we have tasted.
