Earthenware Cazuelas

In Spain these dishes are known as Cazuelas, and are a classic Spanish cooking utensil. 

They are made of rustic brown pottery, which is glazed on the inside and unglazed on the outside.  Cazuelas come in a wide range of sizes and are very hardwearing and practical.

Our Cazuelas are dishwasher proof, oven proof and are often used directly over a flame before being transferred to the oven or direct to the table.
