La Maja Olive Oil

Alfar La Maja is an olive oil made from the Arbequina olive.

The olives are harvested just when they begin to ripen and then cold pressed within 12 hours of harvesting; this produces a very low fat yeild but high intense aromas.

The oil is a yellowish green in colour with a clean smell of fresh green fruit, with tones of tomato and tomato plant and, to a lesser extent, banana and wild fruit.

This is one of the few olive oils with a Denominacion de Origen in Spain and we have it in both 50cl glass bottles and 5 litre tins.
