Pestle and Mortar

This stunning olive wood mortar and pestle is great for grinding herbs and spices. A very hard wood, olive wood is perfect for use as a pestle and mortar. Furthermore, olive wood has a high natural oil content so nothing will soak in to the wood during use.

To look after this olive wood pestle and mortar simply handwash it, and occassionally coat it with olive oil.

This round wooden mortar and pestle measures approx 14cm external diameter.
