Olasagasti Tuna Lomo

There is nothing like good quality Spanish Tuna and we are pleased to be able to supply Cantabrian Tuna from Olasagasti, based in the Basque region of Spain. The company has been producing high quality tuna since the 1920's and it is proud to use Cantabrian-caught white tuna. The tuna is preserved "en fresco" meaning fresh and not frozen.  This preserves the quality and maintains the full flavour.

The end product is preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Lomo or loin gives large pieces of tuna and is presented in a glass jar.  Excellent for tapas and salads or just eating as is.
