Alemany Turron

Alemany first started producing turrones in the mid 19th century.  Based in Os de Balaguer in the province of Lerida, it still produces a wide range of turrones made to the recipes of the founder Sra Mundeta.

This Turron is a soft block of almonds both finely and coasrsely ground in a paste of honey, sugar and egg whites. It has no added colourings or preservatives and is delicious with coffee or crumbled over ice cream.
