Turron de Jijona

The small family firm of Manuel Pico have been making Turron for over 180 years using only the best local ingredients. This is not to be confused with the mass produced Turron.

Turron de Jijona is made from lemon and orange blossom honey, local marcona almonds, sugar and egg white.

This is a soft turron and has a delicious honey/almond taste.
