Roasted Piquillo Peppers

 Lodosa Piquillo peppers come from farms with a Denomination of Origin for this verstaile product and the preparation of the peppers is closely monitored to ensure they adhere to rigorous traditional standards. 

Rosara roast these peppers over beech wood, which gives them a delicious flavour and each jar has about eight whole peppers.
