Asparagus

Rosara white asparagus has a specific Navarra Denominacion de Origin, and is known worldwide for its tenderness, taste and quality.

Hand picked in the valleys of the River Ebro, it is taken the same day by the farmers to the Rosara kitchen. The asparagus is also tinned on the same day to prevent it from becoming fibrous and therefore tough. They are hand peeled and hand graded to identify the thickness of the asparagus and then put into tins.

Served in a ½kg tin.  8/12 units 'thick'
