Sivaris Round Rice

 A medium round grain rice. This is the most prolific rice in the Mediterranean and is also the most popular.  Once cooked its texture is soft and fluffy. It has a cooking time of around 17 minutes.

It is presented either in a stylish award winning tube with instructions printed on the side, or a 5kg bag.
