 This is a specially selected aged balsamic vinegar. This high quality vinegar is the perfect combination of ageing in wooden American oak casks for 25 years together with the characteristic and complex flavours of Pedro Ximénez wine.

This balsamic vinegar is sweet, with an inimitable array of aromas and is one of the best balsamic vinegar to be produced in Spain.
