Anis del Mono

 An aniseed liqueur traditionally drunk after a meal as a 'digestif'. 

Rather like ouzo, it can be drunk either neat or mixed with water and ice. 

Anis del Mono is one of the most famous brands in Spain, well known for the cheeky monkey on its logo.
