CAZUELA

In Spain these are known as cazuelas and are a classic cooking utensils. 

Brown pottery which is half glazed inside the dish leaving the half the outside unglazed. They come in all sizes and are very hardwearing and practical as well as having a rustic charm. They are all dishwasher proof, oven proof and are often used directly over a flame before being transferred to the oven.

Cazuelas can be used on the BBQ, gas hob, in the oven, or just for display. Remember to soak your cazuela in water for 2 hours before you use it the first time - and you will get years of great service.
