Price Jamon Iberico ReceboJamon Iberico de Recebo is produced from pigs that roam freely and feed on a mixture of acorns and cereals. The Jamon is cured for a minimum of 36 months which produces a rich nutty flavour, but slighty less intense than you get with an Iberico Bellota.
We are able to offer both whole legs and whole paletas. The paleta is from the front leg of the pig and is therefore smaller in size and meat has a more intense flavour. Just select your preferred type, Jamon or Paleta, from the drop down menu below.
Don't forget to add in Jamon Carving Set, if you need one.
All hams are shipped to order and will keep at room temperature and last for many months.
