Price £275.00 Jamon Iberico de ReceboJamon iberico de recebo which is produced from pigs that roam freely and feed on a mixture of acorns and cereals. The Jamon is cured for 29 months which produces a rich nutty flavour, but slighty less intense than you get with an Iberico Bellota. The Jamon will keep at room temperature and will last for many months. The hams are shipped to order and will be between 6.5kgs to 7.5 kgs in weight.
