Gambas al ajilloGambas al ajillo 

One of our favourite prawn dishes - straight from the hob to the table.

 

Ingredients

350g prawns

10 tblsp olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 tsp Pimenton

 

Prepare the prawns (you could use crab or other seafood). Heat the oil in frying pan or cazuela and add the garlic and salt, when golden add seafood and spices, carefully stir and serve immediately, taking the pan to table. Serve with nice crusty bread to mop the lovely juices.

 

This dish is great prepared and served in an earthenware cazuela, so if are using a gas hob or barbecue, this is a great cooking option.
