Rice (arroz), chickpeas (garbanzos), lentils (lentejas) - are foods introduced by the Moors and are key ingredients in many Spanish recipes.
We have sourced a new Calasparra rice. there are only two growers of Calasparra rice in Spain. Juan Haro is a small family firm that adheres to traditional methods to produce the finest rice in Spain.
