Jamon, Chorizo & Salchichon
If you have visited Spain you will have seen and tasted Jamón Serrano. It is a delicacy and forms an integral part of the Spanish diet.

Many families will have a leg of Jamón Serrano at home and many bars and restaurants have the Jamón hanging from the ceiling and it is often served as a tapas. Spanish Jamón Serrano is similar to Italian Parma ham or French Bayonne ham. All three use traditional methods of preserving meat - air dried in the mountains resulting in a delicious succulent and tasty piece of ham. The flavours differ depending on the diet of the animal and the length of time the ham has been cured. Many top British chefs and gourmets regard Spanish Jamón Serrano to be the best in the world. 
Our whole leg of Jamon de Recebo come from a family-run company in Salamanca.  The company was founded in 1930 demands the highest standards and produces some of the best cured meats that we have tasted.
