Cooking Chorizo best before 29/4/17
A great cooking chorizo for frying, roasting and BBQ known as Chorizo Oreado. This product originates from La Rioja region of Northern Spain and has been cured for a minimum of 7 days. Delicious with fresh crusty bread!
Useful information: The pack will last for up to 3 months unopened; however once opened this chorizo should be stored in the fridge and eaten within 48-72 hours. Always cook before eating! This chorizo can be fried and used in casseroles and paella.
