Spirits
Spain has a wide range of after dinner drinks some of which are still drunk very early in the morning with a ‘carajillo’ (an expresso and liqueur shot).

We have featured two of our favourites: Pacharan, a sweet liqueur made from sloes and Anis, a sweet aniseed liqueur.
